Joe has extensive experience in commercial scale solar power and renewable energy, including the completed packaging and sale of a Southern California Edison feed in tariff 10MW solar PV project in California. He also created a pipeline of renewable energy developer clients with over 500MW of commercial solar projects (valued in excess of $2B) across the U.S and around the world. Joe’s experience includes renewable energy investment banking, subsidy and grant qualification, debt and equity syndication, interconnection regulations and utility negotiations, and Power Purchase Agreement creation, negotiation and execution.
Joe is also a founder or co-founder of four companies in technology and renewable energy and has raised millions of dollars of venture capital, and had several successful exits. He is also an attorney and active member of the California State Bar association.
